The about 250 years old finca is y typical rustic-style property, provided with pool and guest accomodations. It is set about 3 minutes from the picturesque mediaeval village of Montuiri. The hillside situation allows fantastic views of the scenery. In consideration of original elements and typical materials such as rustic floor tiles etc. the owner has created a homelike atmosphere with warm colours and adequate furniture.
The plot is completely surrounded by a wall. The main house has three bedrooms, an ample living room with wood-burning fire, a dining area with open fireplace, a fully-fitted kitchen featuring an original oven, a gallery which might serve as office and two bathrooms, partly with dressing room.
